In the role of Finance Assistant
As a Finance Assistant, you will be part of the Nordic Accounting Team, consisting of nine people, working together to support the entire organization. Your responsibilities will include managing expense reports by approving them, providing support, and communicating with staff regarding expenses. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the team in India, which performs the initial review of incoming expense reports, acting as a bridge between them and the employees in the Nordics. The work also includes other administrative tasks such as archiving.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Administer payments of vendor invoices and expense reports
• Banking management
• Contact with vendors
• Remind employees to approve invoices

Your qualifications

To succeed in the role of Finance Assistant, you are responsible, structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You should also enjoy having various contact points and establishing good relationships. Additionally, you must have high integrity regarding compliance with the company's expense policy, and be curious and receptive.

• Currently pursuing a university/college degree in economics
• Previous work experience in a relevant area
• Previous work experience in finance is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Other details
Start: August
Scope: Consulting assignment for 6 months with possibility of extension. Part-time 50% during the term, 100% during the summer.
Location: Stockholm
Salary: According to agreement.
