Are you a social and service-oriented salesperson looking for a varied role with significant customer contact? Then we might be looking for you as our new Product Specialist/Salesperson in Stockholm!

Responsibilities:

You will interact with both new and existing customers, working to create new business opportunities to expand our operations in and around Stockholm. You will also support other parts of the region with sales efforts when needed. You will actively work on visiting new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities in the role of Product Specialist/Salesperson include:

• Working with quotations and order processing
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers to address their specific needs
• Actively developing existing and new customer accounts
• Conducting exhibitions and presentations
• Delivering training sessions
• Providing product support to our customers
• Customer visits

The role involves working both from the office and at customer sites, so you must thrive in close contact with our clients. You will listen to customer needs and requests, always striving to provide the best possible advice and support. The position also includes phone and email support. The role involves some travel with overnight stays, often planned in advance (approx. 10–20 nights per year).

About You:

• We prefer that you have a technical background and can easily absorb technical information, specifications, and manual details to find the right solutions for customers.
• You have the ability to understand customer needs, requirements, and wishes to help them find the right product.
• You have good IT skills.
• You are organized in your work.
• You take initiative.
• You keep your promises – you are honest and reliable.
• You communicate directly and are a good team player.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You enjoy traveling, can travel without issues, and can work from home with overnight stays when necessary.
• You hold a valid B-driver's license.
