We are now looking for an Administrative Officer for the Department for Children and Young People as well as the Reception Unit.
HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Administrative Officer on our Authority Department, you will become a central part of our team and contribute to a smooth and efficient operation. Your tasks are varied and span several important areas, where you will have the opportunity to use your attention to detail, organizational skills, and service-oriented attitude.
In this role, you are responsible for handling invoices and orders, ensuring correct fee processing, and checking payments of allowances to contractors. You will also work with personnel administration, handle mail and archiving, and provide administrative support in case processing to facilitate the work of colleagues and managers. As a key link in the operations, you act as support to managers, which means you will have a broad and significant role with great impact on the department's daily work.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:
- Have basic eligibility for university studies through a complete upper secondary education with passing grades in Swedish, English, and Mathematics.
- Have experience in administrative work.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Hold a valid Category B driver's license.
