At Eurocash, we are proud of our successful cross-border retail chain, characterized by engagement, a focus on profitable sales, and a customer-centric approach. We are now looking for more employees who want to work with us at Eurocash.

Main Responsibilities

If you want overall responsibility for one or more departments and to lead staff, the role of Team Leader is perfect for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing and sales.
  • Working with the team to ensure the monitoring of gross profit and sales.
  • Ensuring the department achieves our jointly set goals.
  • Ensuring profitability and adherence to routines.
  • Personnel responsibility.

The customer is the core of our business. Therefore, daily customer contact is important to create a positive shopping experience, order, and well-stocked shelves. Together with your team, you ensure that the right conditions exist in daily work, such as correct staffing, accurate information, and a good working environment to thrive in.

You are part of the store's management team, and together you plan both tactical and operational aspects in the short and long term.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer salary according to collective agreements.

What We Expect

To succeed in this role, you are driven by profitable sales and enjoy working with people. You have basic knowledge of economic key figures and experience leading in a retail environment. You need to be a good communicator to lead and develop the store's most important asset: our employees. If you like a dynamic environment and getting all team members to shine, this is for you.

Diversity is a business opportunity for us; therefore, we encourage a diversity of applicants for all our positions. If you want to know more about what the position entails, contact Markus Rölling at 0105505457. We would appreciate it if you sent your application as soon as possible, as the position may be filled before the final application date of 2026-05-25. We only accept applications through our job portals.

To determine if you are the one we are looking for, our recruitment process includes both tests and interviews. We verify ID and conduct background checks in all recruitments. Read more: How it works when you apply for a job at Axfood (#)
