We are now seeking an experienced investigator for the Unit for Analysis and Reporting. The unit is tasked with analyzing and compiling observations from inspections into reports, and is part of the Analysis and Statistics Department at the Swedish Schools Inspectorate's headquarters in Stockholm. The purpose of the reports is to reach a wider audience with our observations than just the inspected organizations.
The unit is also responsible for responding to government assignments. Other common tasks include contributing to the agency's overall assignments such as the annual report, responding to consultations, business development, etc.
Job Description
This position involves conducting qualified investigative work, specifically analyzing materials following inspections and compiling and presenting observations in engaging reports and other materials. The reports are also communicated orally. You will also participate in the unit's other tasks. The work includes both leading assignments and participating in assignments led by others. Within the department, we collaborate across unit boundaries and share joint responsibility for ensuring that both the department and the agency as a whole reach their goals.

We are looking for someone who has
- An academic degree in pedagogy, social science, or equivalent as assessed by the employer
- Several years of current work experience in writing qualified analytical documents and reports
- Current work experience with qualitative investigation methods
- Work experience in leading assignments/projects
- Very good ability to communicate both in writing and orally in Swedish

About the Position
The position is a permanent employment located at the headquarters in Stockholm. The position is full-time. Start date according to agreement.
