Folkuniversitetet is an independent study association affiliated with universities. About the position

Folkuniversitetet is looking for a coordinator with regional responsibility for courses in German and English, as well as development responsibility for courses within the working life segment. This includes courses in areas such as IT, economics, and labor law. Your tasks will include administering existing language courses and developing new working life courses.

You will have overall responsibility for recruiting new course leaders, as well as administering and scheduling existing temporary course leaders.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative work
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

About the employment

The position is a project employment at 50%, from September 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027. The location is based at one of Folkuniversitetet's local offices in Malmö, Lund, Växjö, Kristianstad, or Helsingborg. There is an opportunity to work partially remotely. We offer a flexible employment where you plan your working hours according to the business needs.
