About the role

At Orkla Snacks, OLW, you will play a key part in the company's production flow, contributing to ensuring that the production of Sweden's favorite snacks runs smoothly and efficiently. The work involves following clear instructions and set goals, while engaging in good teamwork and contributing to job satisfaction within the team.

Safety, hygiene, and quality are always top priorities at OLW. In this role, you are expected to work responsibly and follow all relevant safety, hygiene, and quality procedures in every step. It is crucial that you take personal responsibility for your own safety, your colleagues' safety, and for ensuring that the food products produced meet the highest quality standards.

This summer assignment is a consultancy role through Adecco. The assignment period covers approximately eight weeks during the summer (preliminary weeks 25–32). You will receive on-site training at OLW before week 25, so you need to be available relatively immediately. The assignment may be extended based on business needs.

Examples of tasks:

• Supervision, operation, and control of production lines
• Packaging and handling of food products
• Work according to set quality and hygiene requirements
• Contribute to improvements and efficiency in the production flow

Working hours

Working hours vary between morning, afternoon, and night shifts, meaning work at different times throughout the week (Sunday night - Friday):

Morning:

• Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:30
• Friday 06:00-12:30

Afternoon:

• Monday - Thursday 14:24-22:54
• Friday 12:24-18:54

Night:

• Sunday - Thursday 22:48-06:00 (starts Sunday evening, ends Friday morning)

OBS: You cannot choose your own shift; placement is based on business needs. The role therefore requires good flexibility and the ability to commute to and from work regardless of the time of day.

About you

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and meticulous, and who understands the importance of working in a structured manner in a food production environment. For you, order and cleanliness are second nature, and you always prioritize hygiene and quality absolutely – both for your own safety, your colleagues' safety, and for food safety in production.

You take responsibility for following instructions, routines, and hygiene regulations to the letter, even when the pace is fast or the work becomes repetitive. You understand that small deviations can have major consequences in food production and therefore act conscientiously, attentively, and consistently in your work. Reliability is central to the role, as the work requires you to always follow routines and quality requirements to ensure food safety.

At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys working with others, contributes to a positive atmosphere, and fosters good teamwork. You are engaged, show initiative, and are happy to contribute that little extra by identifying improvement opportunities that strengthen quality, safety, and efficiency in production.

Requirements for the position:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Swedish in speech and writing (reading comprehension + communication)
• Good understanding of English

Meritorious experience:

• Forklift license (A + B)
• Previous work experience in food production
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
