We are now looking for a treatment pedagogue for HVB Nygården, which is part of our residential care (HVB) operations for adults with harmful substance use and addiction. HVB Nygården consists of two parts: the Långa Längan treatment residence with 18 places, which together with the Open Care treatment team provides 24-hour care locally, and the Gula Villan motivation and assessment residence, which is an important part of the outreach and motivational work of addiction care and a first step for those who want to make a change. In the same area is also the HVB Hemgårdsvilla treatment residence, which focuses on dual diagnosis in the form of harmful use/addiction and mental ill health. Within the framework of the HVB operations, there are also transition and training apartments as well as an activity house.

The current position is a wake-night shift at the Motivation and Assessment Residence and at HVB Hemgårdsvilla.

Job Responsibilities

Your duties include conducting supportive and motivational conversations to support the individual in participating in the proposed treatment. You will work together with other staff to create a structure and environment that is beneficial for those placed there. You are a secure staff member who is awake, present, and available at night for the individuals registered with us. The role also includes performing various practical tasks to maintain a good living environment.

You work together with other staff to ensure good quality and respectful treatment.

Documentation is done in the operational system Journal Digital.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a treatment pedagogue or social pedagogue, or have other relevant education within the social field. You need to have knowledge and experience of meeting people with addiction diseases and have insight into the professional attitude required to create a favorable environment for the residents' recovery. Knowledge and experience of psychosocial treatment methods regarding the target group is a merit. You are sensitive and flexible, enjoy collaborating with others, and are respectful and helpful towards your colleagues. You should be confident in yourself and have a well-thought-out idea of why you want to help others.

You must have a B driver's license.
