We are now looking for a pedagogue for the open preschool within our family center – a meeting place and arena for children and their guardians, characterized by openness, community, and participation. With us, you will work in a meaningful operation where you make a difference every day!

Job Responsibilities

As a pedagogue at the open preschool, you will meet children and adults together, with a focus on strengthening relationships, attachment, and parenthood. You will become part of a team where collaboration, competence, and engagement are central parts of the work for the benefit of children and families.

The assignment is health-promoting and preventive. As a pedagogue, you contribute to creating security, building trust, and offering support based on each family's needs. You work closely with other professions within the family center and are an important part of identifying needs, guiding, and referring to the right support when necessary.

The work involves great freedom under responsibility and requires that you can independently plan, structure, and drive the operation forward in collaboration with other professions within the family center.

As a pedagogue at the open preschool, you will:

• create a secure and inclusive meeting place for children and adults
• work relationally and meet each individual based on their conditions
• plan and carry out pedagogical activities that promote play, language, and interaction
• support and strengthen parenthood in both group and individual meetings
• collaborate with other professions within the family center
• identify needs and contribute to early, preventive measures
• independently plan and structure the daily work in the operation

The position is divided with 60% in the open preschool and 40% in preschool operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool assistant or have other relevant pedagogical education.

We see that you:

• have experience working with children and families
• have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
• have a strong relational approach
• meet each individual with respect, sensitivity, and warmth
• are confident in working independently and have the ability to independently meet and guide families based on different needs and situations
• enjoy collaborating with different professions
• are flexible and confident in an operation where days can look different
• have an inclusive perspective and work based on the equal value of all people

Category B driver's license is meritorious.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability, and a comprehensive assessment of education, experience, and personal qualities will be made.
