Högakustenskolan is a lower secondary school with approximately 170 students, located in Skog. The school's grades F-6 are also located in the same area. At the school, staff work in close collaboration with each other regarding the students.

Subject to necessary decisions being made, we are now looking for a social pedagogue who wants to be part of the work to create a safe and inclusive school environment for all our students.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a social pedagogue at Högakustenskolan, you work primarily from a preventive and attendance-promoting perspective. You are part of Högakustenskolan's student health team and belong to the lower secondary school's work group. Close collaboration with the student health team and other professions within the school is common, and you support educators in situations where there is a need for extended support around students.

The tasks focus on social work, and you act as a link between school, home, and leisure time. Contact with guardians and collaboration with various authorities are part of the work. You are also involved in creating social safety nets around students, where fieldwork may partly be included in the tasks. Otherwise, the tasks may vary based on the school's and students' needs.

As a social pedagogue, you are also involved in the work to get students with high school absenteeism back to school. You are part of a network consisting of several social pedagogues stationed at other schools in the municipality. The primary schools in Kramfors Municipality are in the startup phase of the attendance project "See You in School," where you function as an important key person in the work.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a behavioral science university degree or another university degree that the employer considers suitable. It is meritorious if you have work experience from working with children and young people in and outside of school, as well as work with problematic school absenteeism.

We place great importance on your personal suitability. You need to have a good ability to create good relationships between young people and adults, as well as among young people in general, and be confident in contact with guardians.

• Apply a reflective working method.
• Actively participate in systematic evaluation and development of interventions.
• Feel confident working with digital tools and understand the importance of digital presence.
