Reviv works to provide support and guidance to individuals in and out of destructive contexts where safety requirements are high. Reviv is currently present nationwide and is now looking for new colleagues to join our team.

We are looking for you who are engaged and responsible to join our team working with protective placements in the areas of exiting crime, domestic violence, and honor-related contexts.

Approximately 10 hours per week, with potential for expansion.

Immediate start.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a qualified contact person, you will provide practical support to the individual in their contact with other actors based on established planning regarding livelihood, employment, and other areas of need.

  • Be involved in and support the individual in creating a meaningful leisure time, e.g., through hobbies and activities.
  • Perform ongoing documentation in the form of journal notes.
  • Conduct drug tests when necessary.
  • Support the individual in daily living skills (ADL) when needed.
  • Support the individual with motivational and supportive conversations.
  • Be involved in and support the planning for the individual's independence.
  • Participate in regular follow-ups and meetings regarding the individual's planning.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social worker, special educator, or equivalent education.
  • Experience with work involving contact with various authorities.
  • Good communication skills and experience in motivational and supportive work.
  • Education and experience in MI (Motivational Interviewing).
  • Documentation experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licence to perform KSL (Crime as a Lifestyle).
  • Training in MRT.
  • Training in ÅP (Relapse Prevention).
  • Desirable with professional experience working with the target group, preferably within crime, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry.
  • Training in LAB (Low-Affective Handling).
  • Training and experience in BBIC (Barnens Behov i Centrum - Children's Needs in Focus).
  • Training in FREDA, Patriark, or Sara.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Swedish Category B driver's license is required – access to a personal car is a prerequisite for the position.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

  • The position is a full-time employment based on the organization's needs.
  • We try to match our needs with your availability to the greatest extent possible, but the client's and organization's needs always dictate the planning. Needs may arise during daytime, evening, and weekends.
  • We offer a fixed hourly wage.
