Temporary Personal Assistant in Ramsele

We are currently looking for temporary staff for our wonderful client in Ramsele! As a temporary assistant, you step in when regular assistants are absent. You may be called in with short notice in case of illness, so living near Ramsele is an advantage. If you live further away, having a car and a driver's license is an advantage, though not a requirement for employment.

About the Client

The client lives in central Ramsele and is a woman with MS. The client has aids in the home, so experience from the healthcare sector is requested. Based on the client's wishes, we prefer applicants who are women.

Your Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you support the client with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, moving/transferring, hygiene, and feeding assistance. The client also participates in activities two days a week in Ramsele.

Working Hours

Working hours include daytime shifts (approx. 08:00–16:00), night shifts with sleeping on-call, and 24-hour shifts during weekends.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong social competence and a sense of responsibility. You are secure, calm, and attentive to the client's needs. Good physical fitness and a balanced life are desirable. You must be able to work with varying schedules. We select candidates based on the client's wishes and needs, meaning a cover letter and experience are crucial for being invited to an interview.

We place great emphasis on your attributes, personality, and previous experience. Since the role involves documentation, it is important that you can formulate yourself well in Swedish and use a computer for daily reporting. The role also includes taking care of the client's home.
