Job Description

Are you motivated by developing yourself and others, and do you thrive in a role where you can combine administrative responsibility with operational guarding duties? Then you could be the Team Leader we are looking for to join our team in Säffle.

At Securitas, we are now looking for an engaged Team Leader who wants to help create the best conditions for our employees and our customers. The position is 75% (Monday–Friday), where you combine office work with guarding assignments at customer sites. You will become a crucial link between operations, employees, and our customers – and a key person in ensuring that our delivery maintains the highest quality.

As a Team Leader, you are part of a team of team leaders and managers who together drive the business forward. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Lead and plan the daily work for both patrol and static customers.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure our deliveries meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with Securitas policies and procedures.
• Perform guarding assignments at customer sites.

Requirements

• You are a licensed security guard (vaktmästare/väktare).
• You have experience from the security industry.
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of upper secondary school.
• Category B driver's license.
• Swedish citizenship.

Merits

• Trained as a steward/orderly guard.
• Experience with our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP).

The role requires you to take significant personal responsibility, be proactive, and have the ability to create structure even when conditions change. You need to be flexible, both in how you plan your work and in how you think – open to new ideas, solutions, and adapting to changed prerequisites.

Through your clear and present leadership, you contribute to safe, cohesive teams and a work environment where everyone can do their best. You have regular and good dialogue with both customers and employees and become an important representative for Securitas in everyday life. We also place great emphasis on your personal suitability for the role.

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, you must have approved grades from upper secondary school in Swedish and English and be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company (the application is made by Securitas). A Category B driver's license is also required for most roles.
