Your responsibilities

Support Assistant/Supported Living Worker with a focus on safety and development for young people. Do you have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations and create a safe environment? As a support assistant/supported living worker with us, you work to provide targeted support to a young individual who needs extra help managing and understanding their surroundings. Your role is to be a stable and engaged adult who contributes structure, safety, and direction to everyday life.

Qualifications

Through your secure engagement, you contribute to a climate where the individual feels seen and confirmed enough to be themselves and dare to develop. You become an important part of developing both the individual, the quality of the operation, and your own professional competence.

We are looking for you who has:

Relevant education in social psychiatry, care and nursing, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You should have knowledge of and experience working with intellectual disability (ID). As well as experience working with young individuals who require extensive support in their daily lives. You are characterized by a good ability to apply a low-affective interaction and a motivational working method (MI).

Category B driver's license (a requirement for the position).
