We are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent for immediate start with our partner in Trollhättan. You will become part of a tight-knit team with great commitment to both customers and colleagues. In this role, you will work with direct customer contact via phone and email, as well as handle cases and order processing in the company's system. This involves receiving and administering orders, answering price inquiries and quotes, questions regarding agreed assignments, and general questions about the company's services.

In summary, you will:

• Receive calls and emails where you handle customer cases
• Handle incoming orders and make bookings in the business system
• Work actively in the company's customer portal
• Act as a consultant regarding the company's services and identify upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve your cases

We are looking for you who:

• Have worked for at least two years in a similar role within customer service where you have used both phone and email as tools
• Have good computer skills and experience working in a case management system
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and work in a structured manner
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

The right person for this role is curious, proactive, and thrives in an environment where the pace varies. You are a service-oriented person with good communication skills and can quickly understand the customer's needs. You have a natural aptitude for asking questions, taking responsibility, and above all, being able to prioritize your tasks. There is an expectation of flexibility in the role, where both the type of cases and work pace may vary.

About the employment

This is a consultancy assignment for an initial 6 months with the possibility of extension, where you will be employed as a consultant by OIO. Provided that you enjoy the work and both parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is an opportunity to extend the assignment. The employment will begin with an introduction where you, as a new employee, will receive a thorough introduction from your colleagues and support to get into routines and systems.

• Scope: Full-time, office hours 07:00-16:00
• Start: Immediate, by agreement
• Location: Trollhättan, on-site. Remote work is not possible.
