Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and operates in B2B sales of products within heating, water, and sanitation. Today, we are one of Sweden's leading wholesale distributors of plumbing and HVAC materials, with an annual turnover of over 1.8 billion SEK and 230 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional pipe fitters with a large and continuous material need. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north through our 21 fully stocked pick-up warehouses with over 17,000 stocked items. We are currently in an expansion phase and therefore have a significant recruitment need.

At Lundagrossisten, you will learn the industry, the company, and the profession from the ground up. The work combines practical tasks with internal training in areas such as plumbing, sales, and our business system. As an Inside Sales/Warehouse Worker, you are expected to provide competent and friendly service to visiting customers and manage their orders. You will also handle all typical warehouse duties, such as order picking, receiving deliveries, and distributing materials using a B-license truck.
This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for professional development. Relevant skills and prerequisites
Plumbing knowledge is not initially required, but you should be motivated to acquire these skills through work and our internal training. As an employee at Lundagrossisten, we require a structured work approach, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is engaged, flexible, humble, and has a good sense for service and sales. Interest in technology, construction, or mechanics is a plus.
Scope: Full-time
Employment type: Permanent position after a 6-month probation period
The starting salary is based on previous relevant experience. Our goal is for all new employees to reach the knowledge level and competence of a technical salesperson within two years of employment, thereby earning a monthly salary of 36,000 SEK. After this, individual salary development occurs based on your sense of responsibility and performance in the role.
A B-driver's license is not required at the time of application but must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
