Customer Service Advisor for a Workshop on the North Side of Stockholm!

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor with us, you are our face to the outside world, and you are the person the customer interacts with throughout the entire service process. It is important that you have the ability to understand the customer's situation and any potential problems in order to provide the right advice and offer the correct services. Your duties include, among other things:

• Providing the best possible customer service through knowledge and attitude.
• Keeping the customer informed about the status of their submitted vehicles.

A typical workday involves receiving bookings and inquiries via email, phone, and at the reception desk. You welcome and assist customers when dropping off their vehicles, manage the process, and keep the customer updated on the progress of the work. You contact the customer when the vehicle is ready for pickup and hand over the car.

Personality

As a person, you are empathetic, flexible, and driven. Being responsible and having presence is also a given. You are flexible with various tasks, even under time pressure, and you appreciate order and structure. You possess the ability to independently organize daily work, always keeping the customer in focus.

The role of Customer Service Advisor requires you to be social, outgoing, service-minded, and articulate in both speech and writing.

Experience

We believe that you, as an applicant, have worked in a customer-oriented role for at least 1–3 years and have an interest in vehicle technology. Documented experience as a Customer Service Advisor from the automotive industry and knowledge of systems such as Cabas, Kobra, or similar are highly meritorious.
