Are you creative, curious, and eager to develop within marketing, communication, and business development? Do you want practical experience in how a consultancy works with digital marketing, brand building, and customer communication?

At PeopleProvide, we are now looking for a Marketing & Communication Intern for the autumn of 2026. Here, you will work closely with both the CEO and our marketing and sales team, participate in projects, and have the opportunity to put your ideas into practice.

About the role

As an intern with us, you will have a broad and developmental role where marketing, communication, and business development meet. You will be involved from idea and strategy to implementation, follow-up, and analysis.

You will report to the CEO but will also receive operational guidance through close collaboration with our sales/marketing team.

Example tasks

• Plan and create digital campaigns via our CRM (Upsales), website, and social media
• Produce text and visual content for the website, newsletters, and social media
• Perform some SEO work and optimize ads on Meta and Google
• Work with content, updates, and improvements to our website
• Write target-group-specific texts for both internal and external stakeholders
• Be part of our sales/marketing team and handle customer dialogues via email, phone, events, and webinars
• Conduct research for the market, business development, and upcoming campaigns

We are looking for someone who

• Studies marketing, communication, or a similar field
• Is creative, curious, and enjoys testing new ideas
• Has a strong interest in digital marketing, communication, and business development
• Is curious about AI and future digital marketing channels
• Wants to develop the ability to write strong, persuasive, and target-group-specific communication where your creative side is utilized

Advantageous if you also have experience with

• Knowledge of social media, advertising, or content production
• Experience in sales or customer dialogue
