Markverkstäderna (MvE) is a unit within the Army Staff (AST) that performs maintenance on the Swedish Armed Forces' land equipment and air base equipment, and delivers technical system support. This involves maintenance in the form of supervision, repairs, manufacturing, dismantling/scraping, modifications, operational support, technical adaptation, and equipment inspection. The workshop unit delivers services according to customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Receptionist, you will work with administrative tasks within preventive and corrective maintenance. You will also be responsible for planning, ordering, and following up on equipment maintenance within the Swedish Armed Forces, primarily regarding the workshop's internal equipment and materiel.
Examples of tasks include:
- Follow-up on the workshop's internal vehicles/equipment
- Conduct reporting and registry maintenance in the follow-up system
- Documentation and verification in economic and materiel follow-up systems
- Create equipment maintenance orders
- Conduct requisitions for centrally procured goods and services
- Represent MvE at collaboration meetings with our users/orderers
- Conduct production coordination/preparation of workshop production
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- At least a completed two- or three-year upper secondary education with a focus on vehicle technology or equivalent, or alternative competence acquired through professional experience assessed by the employer as equivalent
- Experience in similar work
- Good computer skills with knowledge of the MS Office package, primarily Word and Excel
- Category B driver's license

QUALIFYING FACTORS
- Experience with maintenance planning
- C/CE driver's license
- Forklift license
- Previous experience and knowledge of workshop operations and equipment maintenance in the Swedish Armed Forces
- Knowledge of the SAP business system
- Previous experience within LEAN and 5S
- Familiarity with the Swedish Armed Forces and its support systems

- Employment type: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period
- Working hours: Full-time, daytime – varying working hours may occur

- Start date: As soon as possible after agreement
The work also involves requirements for travel and service, both domestic and international. The position is a civilian post. Work with hardeners may occur at the land workshop.
