About Us

Welcome to our comprehensive health centre! Strängnäs Health Centre is a stable, continuously developing facility with broad competence and an open climate. The health centre serves approximately 15,000 registered patients and is a region-driven operation.

At the health centre, we work in teams, and you will be part of one of our teams. This approach promotes close collaboration between different staff groups and creates good conditions for knowledge exchange, security, and continuity for both staff and patients.

Here you will find specially trained nurses with clinics for asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes. We have a memory team and coordination nurses. Resources include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychologists, and social workers. There is also a unit for SSIH (Specialized Home Care) and Child Health Services (BHV) at the Family Centre.

Together with other health centres in Strängnäs Municipality, we staff the primary care emergency service, which operates during daytime hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse/registered nurse here, you will have a multifaceted role working closely with the various professions at the health centre. Your duties will include telephone advice via Tele Q/chat and alternating shifts at the clinic. You will be encouraged to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. Here, you can utilize your full range of skills!

We offer a flexible working approach with the possibility of working from home for parts of the role, as well as individually adapted schedules.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Personal suitability is highly valued. A valid Category B driver's license is required. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is necessary.

Employment Type

Temporary position covering parental leave until 2027-03-31, full-time, although the percentage of employment is open for discussion. Start date according to agreement.
