About the role

In the role of welder, you will be part of a team working with both manual welding and robotic welding of various components. The company has several different products and parts that need to be processed, meaning that tasks will vary from product to product. In this role, you will work with welding using the stick, TIG, and MAG methods. You will read drawings, perform visual assessments of welds, and rectify both welding and dimensional faults when necessary. You are also responsible for ensuring the machine can perform the work by handling downtime and disruptions. The role also involves a significant amount of manual welding and soldering. You work independently towards common goals and become a vital part of a larger workflow within the company.

About you

As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. You are good at understanding instructions, able to maintain focus over time, and engaged in your work. We look for someone with self-drive and a results-oriented mindset. With an eye for detail, you are quality-conscious and take great responsibility for what you produce. Experience is strongly desired.

Requirements

• Experience from manual welding of MIG/MAG/TIG
• Experience with automated/robotic welding
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Knowledge of programming is a plus, or alternatively, technical aptitude

Merits

• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Forklift license
• Upper secondary education with a focus on industry or similar
