About the Workplace

We are a well-staffed primary healthcare center in central Västerås, featuring doctors (specialists in general practice), district nurses, nurses, occupational therapists, psychotherapists, maternal health services, child health services (BVC), physiotherapists, assistant nurses, and dietitians. Our goal is to provide patients and their families with secure care characterized by high accessibility and continuity.

Job Responsibilities

• As a district nurse or nurse with us, the work is highly varied and includes telephone advice, chat support, triage, wound dressing changes, as well as planned and acute visits. The role requires a high degree of independence, but also the ability to work effectively within a team.

Qualifications and Merits

• Registered District Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• It is important to us that you prioritize providing our patients with high-quality service, have a flexible attitude, possess strong collaborative skills, and contribute to a positive work environment. Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience from a primary healthcare center, proficiency with the Cosmic medical record system, and familiarity with the TeleQ telephone system are considered merits.

Other Information

• We offer a dedicated and secure work team where you have close support from colleagues and management. We provide a minimum of four weeks of induction and opportunities for continuous supervision. We are a workplace with short decision-making paths and an open climate.
