The client is social, cheerful, and has a great sense of humor in everyday life. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren. She loves being outdoors in the garden, planting, and taking photographs. Shopping, browsing in stores, and having coffee are activities she appreciates. When the opportunity arises, she enjoys baking her own coffee bread or taking car trips on excursions.

She requires assistance with most aspects of daily life, including support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more.

The client needs patient assistants who are also direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

Working hours are during the day and evening, including work on weekends.

Requirements:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Experience in similar care work
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Non-smoker
• A dog is present at the workplace, so you must not be allergic.
• Valid driver's license

You are:

• Interested in gardening and plants
• Interested in photography
• Funny, social, and reliable
• Neat and responsible (the client places great importance on having a tidy and clean home)

You will be part of a team consisting of engaged and positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly defined routines and implementation plans regarding all aspects of daily life.

You must be mature in your approach to handling different situations, both demanding and less demanding ones.

Patience, humor, understanding, and initiative are very important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you must be self-assured, sensitive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.
