We want to strengthen our presence in the reseller channel and are looking for you who make our customers feel secure with us as a partner.
As Sales Support, you will become a crucial link to our resellers. You ensure they always have the right information, the right support, and the right prerequisites to succeed.
This is a role for you who likes pace, responsibility, and variety.
You will work approximately 50% on the road, where you meet our resellers, train staff, build relationships, and ensure everything works in reality. The rest of the time, you work from the office, where you drive dialogues, coordinate flows, and ensure the information is of the highest quality.
You do not need to be a technical expert. But you need to be the one who:

Your responsibilitiesIn this role, you are responsible for creating flow, quality, and security throughout the chain:
- Provide fast and professional service to our resellers
- Visit stores, train staff, and strengthen relationships
- Update and quality-assure product data, price lists, and documentation
- Follow up on cases and keep communication together between customer, sales, logistics, and service
- Work in Hörmann's internal sales tools and systems. SAP is an advantage
- Working hours: Monday–Friday
- Employment: Permanent (probation may apply)
- Start: According to agreement
- Location: The office in Örebro (Skjutbanevägen 10)
- Travel: Approximately 50% of the time, within Sweden
- Fixed salary
- Collective agreement (Unionen)
