SJR is now looking for two insurance case handlers for our client, one of Sweden's fastest-growing pension companies with offices in central Stockholm. This is a consultancy assignment with immediate start, initially spanning six months. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension or transition to a direct employment with the client.

About the role

In this role, you work with a clearly defined and specialized task, focusing on a specific case type. The setup enables a fast and efficient onboarding while creating good conditions for a structured working method and high quality in delivery. The role is business-oriented, and you contribute to ensuring smooth handling for both customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Handling of payments within pension and capital insurance
• Work with new subscriptions of private and corporate-owned depot insurances
• Administrative tasks related to the selected case type
• Ongoing follow-up and monitoring of cases
• Contact with brokers, administrators, and collaboration partners via email and phone

Suitable background

You have a post-secondary education in economics and approximately 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably from the banking, finance, or insurance industry. You are accustomed to working in different system environments and have very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. Furthermore, you express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You have experience in administrative work, preferably within insurance, savings, or other financial services. You possess a basic understanding of pension and capital insurance, or alternatively a strong interest in the area. You work in a structured manner, have a meticulous working style, and quickly adapt to new tasks. Experience in handling cases such as payments or new subscriptions is considered an advantage.
