Are you passionate about delivering high-quality service and do you have a genuine interest in helping people? Do you have high engagement and a positive attitude towards the tasks you take on and perform?
We are looking for you who are a true star at service, who loves building relationships with other people, and who wants to work part-time as a receptionist with us at COOR. It is a requirement that you, as an applicant, are studying or working another job at least 50%, and you should be able to provide proof of this. You have a flexible study schedule and can work at least 2 shifts per week, and more during the summer depending on the customer's needs.

The role of receptionist is incredibly varied. You will work at two different receptions in Västerås. You should enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to make independent decisions and take ownership. As a consultant at COOR, you will be part of a team that strives to simplify the customer's workday by identifying their needs and addressing problems before they arise, to provide the best possible service.
Examples of tasks:
- Responsible for receiving and checking out visitors.
- Take care of the maintenance of conference rooms, common areas, and provide drinks for visitors.
- Handle some administration, such as mail and courier handling.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies, etc.
- Be helpful to other departments with various administrative tasks.
- Assist the site manager with daily matters.
- Answer incoming calls.
This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to our customer COOR.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for you who have:
- At least a high school education.
- Category B driver's license.
- Computer skills and experience working in the Office package.
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Meritorious with work experience in the service industry.
You should be able to take on the responsibility of being the company's face and understand the importance of professional and representative customer treatment, while still keeping the sparkle in your eye. It is important that you – both for your own and others' safety – can make yourself understood in contact with others and that you can read and understand written instructions in both Swedish and English.
You must be able to work 2 shifts per week and work full-time during weeks 29–32.
