Kvarnarp is a group home under LSS 9:9 for target group 1. Kvarnarp was established in 2019 and is located in a natural setting yet centrally, within walking and driving distance to the city center. Nearby you will find lakes and forests for outdoor activities, as well as activities at Eksjö Camping such as swimming, café, mini-golf, and walks. Our pedagogy and approach are based on low-affective handling (LAB), clarifying pedagogy, as well as alternative and augmentative communication (AAC).

About the position

As a Team Leader, you are a key person with us! You are responsible for coordinating, leading, and following up on the daily work in the operation. You perform client-facing work and carry out interventions together with our housing support staff. The role also includes responsibility for staffing and scheduling, supporting quality and improvement work, collaborating with other partners, and recruiting and onboarding new staff. You will work in close collaboration with the Operations Manager, team leader colleagues in the region, as well as other colleagues.

Who are you?

As a person, you are relationship-building, proactive, and have good collaboration skills. You are responsible and confident in yourself. We are looking for someone who easily sees what needs to be done and who engages and encourages your colleagues. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

• Relevant education, e.g., assistant nurse, support, housing, or treatment pedagogue, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience working in similar operations and scheduling
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license
