We are now looking for service-oriented and engaged receptionists for Electrolux headquarters in Stadshagen. As a receptionist, you play a key role in creating a positive first impression for both visitors and employees. You work with varied administrative tasks and are an important part of the daily flow in the office.

Currently, we are looking for temporary staff who want to work on an as-needed basis and be part of our staffing pool. The role involves covering for sick leave, vacation, and other absences, with the possibility of stepping in both with short notice and for planned needs. We would like you to have the availability to work in weeks 29 and 31, as well as the ability to step in for ad-hoc days during the summer and autumn.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Receive and register visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Manage access cards, bookings, and other office-related matters
• Support colleagues with simpler administrative tasks
• Assist with catering and other internal service tasks

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in reception or similar service roles. You are communicative, positive, and solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where service is the focus. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and are comfortable working with the Office suite.
