As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you are a key part of our marketing function, working closely with both the sales organization and other parts of the business.

The role is broad, varied, and operational, with significant autonomy. You will play a central role in developing and strengthening Strandmöllen's communication and digital presence, both locally and in collaboration with the group's marketing function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating content for social media, web, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Producing copy for campaigns, customer communication, and sales support
• Developing marketing materials for both digital and print channels
• Planning and coordinating marketing activities
• Supporting marketing efforts with coordination and administration
• Creating and adapting content for digital marketing, SEO, and Google Ads
• Contributing to website optimization and digital visibility
• Analyzing and developing campaigns and content
• Collaborating with external suppliers, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and agencies

The role involves switching between creative work and hands-on execution, from idea and message to final delivery. You will collaborate with colleagues in the Group Marketing Department, based in Klampenborg, Denmark.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Has several years of experience in operational marketing
• Is a proficient writer with a strong sense of language
• Understands digital marketing and how content is adapted for SEO and Google Ads
• Is confident in driving own tasks and projects forward
• Thrives in a broad role that combines creativity with structure
• Has a talent for collaboration and building good internal relationships

Qualifications that are considered an asset:

• Experience with Google Ads and/or SEO
• Experience from B2B operations
• Experience from manufacturing or industrial companies
