About the Company

Greatwhite has been in operation for 11 years and currently has facilities in Uddevalla, Gränna, and Denmark. Over the years, we have become one of the largest manufacturers of RIB boats in the Scandinavian market. We develop, design, and produce our own boats, which allows us to know our products inside and out. Our boats are used for both leisure and professional purposes.

At our facilities in Uddevalla and Gränna, we currently have four full-time boat builders who take pride in building your boat. We are authorized service workshops and dealers for Mercury and Tohatsu. Greatwhite is with you all the way, from launching to haul-out and winter storage.

Job Description

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented person to work with administration, sales, and customer contact in our daily operations.

• Administer and handle customer orders, inventory, purchasing, warranty registrations, advertising, etc.
• Upload and manage articles in our business system.
• Receive and assist visiting customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via the customer service portal, email, and phone.
• Support the sales work and contribute to good customer service.
• Other administrative tasks that arise in the business.
• Participate in the unloading of incoming goods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B) (mandatory).
• Experience in administrative work.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Good computer skills and experience working with various systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with Google Ads or digital marketing.
• Experience with business systems.
• Previous experience in inside sales.
