We are a company specializing in competence supply services and individual and business development since 2004. Our team at Coach, Ulrika Holmgren AB consists of employees with many years of experience in development processes and transition.

We are located in eight locations in Västra Götaland, Värmland, and Örebro County. We are currently looking for a supervisor/coach for the "Rusta och Matcha" (Prepare and Match) program in Strömstad to support job seekers towards employment or studies. With extensive experience in competence supply, we deliver the "Rusta och Matcha" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service to match participants with employers. The company is authorized by Kompetensföretagen for recruitment and transition services.

The Role

The work as a supervisor/coach involves coaching job seekers towards jobs or studies, where matching with employers is a key part. Other tasks include preparing for the next job by supporting CV updates, interview training, and study visits to learn more. Ongoing documentation is part of the role. We work using a structured approach with close collaboration between our supervisors/coaches at our offices in several counties. We use the Workbuster program in our work.

The position is part-time and based at our office in Strömstad. The number of hours may vary as this is a needs-based employment, but it may be expanded to full-time during regular staff holidays. It may also become relevant to work at other offices in Fyrbodal, Munkedal, and Uddevalla, either remotely or physically on-site as needed. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period. It is important that the requirements regarding education and work experience, see below (Alternative 1 or 2), can be verified before the position starts to fulfill the agreement with the Swedish Public Employment Service.

We are looking for you who find it easy to meet people in different situations. We believe that you, who appreciate the feeling of providing good service and care about doing a good job, will thrive in this role. Experience in coaching and/or recruitment will be of great help. As a person, you are thorough and flexible, as a workday can involve different opportunities and challenges to meet our participants' needs. In the job, a solution-focused approach is often complemented by creativity, for example, when creating lecture materials and other group tasks, as we work at the interface between new technology and the regulations governing the agreement.

With good communication skills and a high pace, you take on tasks and can structure your workday, which assumes that you enjoy working both independently and in a team. Taking responsibility and collaborating with colleagues is natural for you. You enjoy inspiring and helping others, value human differences, and have a great understanding of the impact these differences can have. With a coaching approach, you work result-oriented together with participants and support them in the best way. You like to influence and make a difference, and look forward to contributing to meetings between employers and participants leading to successful matches.

Personal qualities: Service-oriented, flexible, thorough, and creative with good communication skills. Solution-focused and coaching work approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work both independently and in a team.

Merit-based experience: Driver's license and access to a car facilitate contact with employers. Experience in sales, B2B, own business network, coaching conversations, recruitment, and personnel management is seen as an advantage. Experience working within "Rusta och Matcha" or similar job search processes is meritorious.
