We are currently looking for substitute personal assistants for a lovely young man, nearly 20 years old, living in Kalmar. Due to increased care needs, there is now an opportunity to become an important part of his daily life.

The position involves working during the day, evening, and potentially overnight waking shifts. Based on the client's preference, we welcome female applicants.

You will work in a dedicated team of eight assistants, where you together create safety, structure, and quality of life for our client. The work is staffed with double coverage around the clock, providing excellent conditions for collaboration and support.

Experience with medication management, tube feeding, and lifting aids is considered an advantage but is not a requirement. The most important qualities are your attitude and willingness to learn. Therefore, we offer individualized introduction and training based on the client's needs.

About the position:

• Scope: approx. 90%
• Working hours: day/evening, possibly night
• Workplace: Kalmar
• Start: according to agreement
