Teacher Grades 1-3 Noblaskolan Nya Hovås

Your Role

We are looking for you who want to work as a teacher in grades 1-3 at our school. During the upcoming school year, you will work in the support team, but we value flexibility and the ability to work with individual students, smaller groups, as well as whole classes. The position involves working with students or groups who need support, guided by special educators and special needs teachers, and in close collaboration with the work team. You will support students' knowledge development in various ways. We identify students in need of support through continuous assessment across different grade levels. Your support may involve intensified interventions for a short period or long-term work to increase the student's or group's goal fulfillment. You are attached to a work team and a grade level, which may involve covering a colleague's class on certain days during the term. Experience and education in Swedish as a second language are meritorious.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 1-3. Therefore, we are looking for you with strong personal commitment to learning, an interest in developing students' knowledge, and a desire for collegial collaboration. As a teacher, you are attentive and wish to guide students towards the future. You want to work together with your work team to create a safe, exciting, and educational environment for the students. We believe you are a structured teacher who understands the importance of good relationships for the best results. You are familiar with our steering documents and have a good ability to utilize all students' different competencies. The position is a temporary assignment with an initial probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the School Act's requirements for eligibility). Extension may be considered.
