About the Role

We are now looking for a Process Automation Developer for a global industrial company with a strong focus on automation, digitalization, and more efficient working methods. Here you will have a role where you work closely with both the business operations and the technology, focusing on understanding processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing sustainable solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in workflows, automation, or BPMS, who finds it equally interesting to understand the business side as the technical solution behind it.

You will be involved in the entire flow, from workshops and requirement dialogues to the design and implementation of processes and automation solutions. The focus is not on traditional heavy development, but on building smart and structured solutions using modern low-code and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Work closely with the business to understand and improve business processes
• Participate in workshops together with stakeholders and delivery leads
• Design and configure workflows and automation solutions
• Work with integrations and API-based solutions
• Ensure that solutions are built sustainably and scalably over time
• Contribute with structure, documentation, and holistic technical thinking
• Challenge working methods and help the business identify smarter solutions

Your Profile

We believe you have a few years of experience in workflows, automation, BPMS, or low-code, and that you thrive in the role between business and technology.

You do not need to be a senior developer, but you need to have a technical interest and understanding of how solutions are built in a sustainable and structured way.

We believe you have experience with:

• A few years of experience in workflows, automation, BPMS, or a similar field
• Experience with a BPMS, workflow, or low-code platform, such as Decisions, Camunda, Pega, or similar
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and databases
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Interest in business processes and how they are translated into sustainable technical solutions
