About the Role

As a Security Clearance Officer and Signal Security Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the company's security and signal security maintain the highest standards. You will work with planning, implementing, and monitoring security clearance measures, as well as leading and coordinating the signal security service. Your contribution will be crucial in protecting the company's internal processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement security clearance measures in accordance with the Security Protection Act and authority regulations.
• Conduct security clearance checks of personnel and maintain security clearance routines.
• Handle and protect security classified information, as well as conduct risk and threat assessments.
• Lead and coordinate the signal security service, including the management of signal security keys and equipment.
• Ensure that signal security personnel receive necessary training and that authorizations are maintained.
• Take action in the event of signal security incidents and collaborate with relevant organizations.
• Manage and develop the company's signal security systems and lead the implementation of signal security in projects.

About You

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and results-oriented with strong analytical skills. You have an ability to see the big picture without missing important details, and you are driven, flexible, and able to quickly shift focus between different tasks in a dynamic environment.

Your Qualifications

• Appropriate higher education or university degree in security, IT, engineering, or law, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Good and documented knowledge of current signal security systems and their application.
• Completed training as a Signal Security Manager or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in leading and practically applying signal security within an organization.
• Extensive knowledge of security clearance and information security, including relevant legislation and authority requirements.
• Experience in risk management, system security analysis, and security testing is a plus.
• Ability to handle and document security classified information according to current regulations.
• Valid B-driver's license.
