We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team, starting 06-07-2026 or as agreed.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a modern contact center, helping customers daily via phone. The calls are often short and varied, making the work dynamic and engaging.

You will:

  • Be the company's voice to the customer
  • Deliver high-quality and professional service
  • Work towards clear goals linked to customer satisfaction
  • Develop through ongoing training and coaching

The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a stable employment contract.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you:

  • Are curious about working and living abroad
  • Speak fluent Swedish and have good English skills
  • Have a solution-oriented and positive approach to work
  • Preferably have experience from service industries (meritorious, but not a requirement)
  • Have basic knowledge of Swedish geography
