We are looking for personal assistants for an 18-year-old young man who lives in a villa in Torshälla with his family and dog.

Currently, shifts are scheduled for afternoons/evenings and nights (including on-call nights) as well as weekends. During the summer, it is around the clock.

The client leads an active life and would prefer applicants who enjoy the gym, travel, and have an interest in computers.

We are looking for someone who is:

Self-assured, responsive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language.

Good physical fitness/strength is important for the assistant as there are several transfers involved.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Humor, understanding, and taking initiative are important to the client.

Experience in personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.

The client preferably seeks male applicants.

You must be a non-smoker.

Fluent Swedish is required.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreement applies.
