We are now looking for a personal assistant for a fixed shift with a secure and positive young man in his late 20s who has a great interest in sports. There is a well-developed implementation plan, and it is of utmost importance that you, as the applicant, are responsive, meticulous, and able to work according to clear routines. Daily documentation and continuous updating of the implementation plan are a natural part of the job.

The work involves being a physical support in daily life – keeping an eye on the client's general condition and well-being, as well as assisting with various activities based on the client's unique needs. You need to be his extra arms and legs, handling everything from personal hygiene, assistance, cooking, cleaning, and other chores.

As an assistant, it is important that you are attentive and have the ability to stay one step ahead – to prevent and avoid risks and thereby contribute to a secure everyday life. You should be mature in your approach and confident in handling both simple and more demanding situations. You will work both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident in yourself, responsive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language.

Good physical fitness/strength in the assistant is important as there are some transfers involved.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience with personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh the most.

You must be a non-smoker.

Fluent in Swedish.

The client prefers male applicants.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreement applies.
