We are looking for a teacher for grades 4–6 at Norrmalmskolan

In this role, you will become part of the Child and Education Sector. At our organization, the development of children and young people is at the forefront. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work as a teacher in grades 4–6 at Norrmalmskolan. Here, you will become an important part of an engaged work team where we work together for the students' knowledge development, safety, and well-being. In close collaboration with colleagues, you plan, implement, and develop teaching and learning environments based on the students' needs and prerequisites. We are looking for someone who puts the student's best interests first and who, with joy, structure, and creativity, wants to contribute to an inspiring and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with qualifications in Swedish and Social Sciences.
• We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has a positive attitude, and creates an inspiring and developmental school day for our students.
• At our school, you will meet students with different experiences, strengths, and needs. Therefore, it is important that you can adapt both teaching and the learning environment to give every student the best possible conditions for success.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who, together with us, wants to continue developing teaching for the benefit of the students.
• Mentorship is included in the position.

Employment Type and Terms

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.

To begin working in preschool, school, after-school centers, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority (www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se)). Anyone who does not show an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, engaged, or admitted to the operation according to current legal requirements.
