We at Pumphuset are now looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative for our headquarters in Upplands Väsby. In this role, you will hold a central position in our service and sales team, combining technical understanding with a service mindset and business acumen.

About the Role

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative within service, you will have a broad and varied daily routine. You will have daily contact with customers, service management, and colleagues, and your tasks will include:

• Preparing quotations and handling orders for both service assignments and products
• Supporting colleagues with technical questions and contributing to practical problem-solving
• Participating in and coordinating certain service assignments and projects
• Presenting our services and building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers

You will become a key link between the customer, service, and sales, actively contributing to our reputation as a reliable and competent service partner. The work is primarily office-based, but customer visits may occur as needed.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with technical understanding and experience from service or technology-related roles. You have:

• A technical upper secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Experience in similar tasks within service or technical professions
• Strong administrative skills and familiarity with quotations, tenders, and order processing
• Good computer skills and experience with business systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Previous experience with pumps is a significant plus, but not a requirement
