Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary depending on the client's needs. You safeguard the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily life.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships.

We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are looking for you who fits the following:

• Are a woman
• Want to work for a woman in her 50s living in Stugun
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A B-class driver's license is not a requirement, but an advantage
• Are cheerful, energetic, curious, and sensitive, but also calm

It is an advantage if you:
