LetsGig AB is now looking for a service-oriented and structured customer service representative for a consultancy assignment at UEAB in Ulricehamn. The position is full-time, performed on-site at UEAB, and runs from as soon as possible until the end of August 2026.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

This is a role for you who thrive on customer contact, administration, and problem-solving. You will assist private individuals and businesses with questions related to waste management, sorting, subscriptions, collection, opening hours, and digital services.

About the assignment

As a customer service representative at UEAB, you will become an important part of the daily customer service. You will help customers in a clear, professional, and solution-oriented manner, ensuring that cases are registered, followed up, and handled further correctly.

The role suits you if you are calm, meticulous, and pedagogical, and can provide good service even when customers have many questions or are dissatisfied.

Workplace

The work is performed on-site at UEAB in Ulricehamn.

The workplace is located at Karlsnäsvägen 11, 523 23 Ulricehamn.

Scope and period

The assignment is full-time.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Start date is as soon as possible.

The assignment runs until the end of August 2026.

You will be employed by LetsGig AB and work on-site at UEAB as a consultant during the assignment period.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Answer questions regarding waste management, sorting, collection, and opening hours.
  • Help customers find the right subscriptions and services.
  • Receive and register fault reports, complaints, and other customer cases.
  • Document cases meticulously in digital systems.
  • Follow up on cases and ensure they are handled further correctly.
  • Inform about local regulations, directives, and changes within waste management.
  • Guide customers in e-services, apps, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in operations, finance, and environment to resolve customer cases.

Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You can work full-time from as soon as possible until the end of August 2026.
  • You can work on-site at UEAB in Ulricehamn.
  • You can work Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.
  • You have previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, service center, support, or another service function.
  • You have excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are computer literate and confident working in digital systems.
  • You are meticulous and accustomed to documenting information clearly and structured.
  • You have a professional, calm, and service-oriented attitude.
  • You can handle customer questions in a pedagogical manner, even when the customer is stressed, dissatisfied, or needs extra guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from municipal operations, the public sector, or community services.
  • Experience from the waste industry, recycling, environment, energy, water/wastewater, property, or housing companies.
  • Experience with case management systems.
  • Experience with EDP Mobile, BFUS, or similar systems.
  • Experience in telephone customer service with a high volume of incoming cases.
  • Practice in handling fault reports, complaints, or service cases.
  • Interest in environment, sustainability, recycling, or waste issues.
  • Knowledge of languages other than Swedish.
  • Availability to start with short notice.

Personal qualities

You are pedagogical and can explain rules, routines, and digital solutions in a simple and clear way. You are also meticulous, structured, and understand the importance of documenting cases correctly.

To thrive in the role, you need to be solution-oriented, practical, and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues in different parts of the operation.
