About us

The HR unit currently consists of 11 employees and a manager, of whom five are HR Partners providing operational support to the municipality's managers. The team also includes two HR Generalists, a Negotiation Manager, a Recruitment Specialist, an HR Controller, and a Process Leader for Leadership Development. The mandate of the HR unit is to provide advisory support to the municipality's managers and to be policy-driven in processes concerning the employee perspective. The municipality is divided into six offices and has a total of approximately 130 managers.

About the position

The tasks are varied and cover all parts of the HR process, such as collaboration, labor law, induction, rehabilitation, transition, and work environment. In addition to ongoing HR tasks, you will work on issues within the area of competence supply. You will work independently but in close collaboration with your colleagues in the HR unit.

The position is a temporary contract until 2027-08-31.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic education in the HR field, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.

  • At least a couple of years of experience working independently as HR support for managers.

  • Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Worked in the public sector.

  • Knowledge of the collective agreement "General Provisions" (Allmänna Bestämmelser).

  • Experience using various technical systems within the HR field.
