OAS is looking for a driven and inspiring chef who wants to help create modern dishes rooted in the cuisines of Greece, Italy, and Turkey. We combine classic recipes and authentic flavors with innovative presentation and a vibrant restaurant experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can prepare Mediterranean-inspired dishes with passion and quality
- Is creative, curious, and eager to develop new dishes
- Has an eye for plating and visual content
- Understands the value of social media and is happy to contribute content
- Is energetic, responsible, and wants to grow with us
- Has good knowledge of hygiene, self-control measures, and the Swedish Food Agency's guidelines
- Can handle daily cleaning routines, ordering, and stock management
- Has education or experience in food handling and kitchen safety
