Strategic Coordinator - Digital Strategy and Platform
E-HälsomyndighetenStockholms län, Stockholm
Previous experience is desired
Do you want to work closely with management and leaders in an organization undergoing an exciting development journey? We are looking for you who want to contribute to strengthening our capabilities within the Department of Digital Strategy and Platform – in a role where you get to shape the department's working methods and work closely with our strategic development.
About the role
As a Strategic Coordinator, you serve as support for the department's leadership and play a central role in linking strategic work with operational support. You are part of the department's leadership group and work closely with them as well as the department head. You will become a key person who contributes to creating structure and momentum in our work.
In this role, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating meetings, activities, and processes related to the department's annual calendar, in collaboration with the Finance and HR units. This includes coordinating and preparing issues for the department head and leadership group prior to meetings regarding business planning, follow-up, and development.
You are responsible for ensuring the department's deliverables to other departments within the agency as well as external clients. Additionally, you are responsible for quality-assuring cases within the department prior to presentation to the department head or Director General.
Furthermore, you act as a link between the department and other parts of the agency with the aim of creating a more uniform working method. This includes participating in and, if necessary, leading working groups both within the department and agency-wide.
In addition, you lead and participate in projects and investigations on behalf of the management, with the aim of improving internal working methods and streamlining operations. The role involves supporting the development and creation of decision-making materials, processes, and structures. You contribute not only to the development of working methods but also become an active part in the development of the department's culture and long-term growth.
About you
This role suits you if you take responsibility for driving your work forward and if you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively on your own. With clear drive and a focus on goals and results, you make things happen. You drive development in the organization you work in and actively contribute to improving working methods.
Furthermore, you are accustomed to navigating between strategic issues and operational needs with a broad operational perspective. You have the ability to see the big picture, connections, and consequences, and consider the long-term perspective. Your approach to others is unpretentious and attentive, and you contribute to good relationships.
We are looking for someone who has:
- at least two years of experience working in close collaboration with managers and leadership groups in a coordinating role
- at least two years of experience in finance, as well as steering and follow-up
- at least two years of experience working in roles such as project manager, project leader, business developer, or similar
- experience working within a government agency or other public sector operations
- an academic degree or equivalent work experience
- good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
The following are meritorious for the position:
- experience with procurement and contracts
- experience holding a managerial role
