Week 37–42 | Gothenburg | Consultancy Assignment

Do you have experience from the process industry, energy, or automation and want to share your knowledge? We are now looking for an instructor for the course Control and Regulation Technology, which is part of a larger YH (Vocational Higher Education) program for future plant operators.

We are looking for someone with practical industry experience who can help students understand how control and regulation systems work in practice, in a clear and realistic manner. Teaching experience is meritorious but not a requirement.

About the course The course covers among other things:

• How control and regulation systems work
• The structure of control loops
• PID controllers and different control strategies
• How processes and facilities are controlled, monitored, and regulated
• Control, logic, process, and instrument diagrams

About the assignment

• Course period: Week 37–42
• Location: Hybrid, every other week digitally and every other week on-site in central Gothenburg
• Assignment type: Consultant / Sub-consultant
• Scope: Part-time, according to agreement

We believe you have

• Experience from the process industry, energy, automation, or a similar field
• Good understanding of control and regulation systems, process monitoring, and industrial control systems
• Ability to explain technology in a simple and clear way
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
