Your Role

As a pedagogue in the after-school care center, you are an important part of the students' entire school day. You plan, implement, and develop the activities based on the governing documents and the students' needs.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct pedagogical activities in the after-school care center
• Stimulate students' development, learning, and social interaction
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all students
• Collaborate with school teachers to strengthen students' learning throughout the day
• Participate in systematic quality work

Areas of responsibility and expectations:

• Take responsibility for ensuring high quality in the after-school care center's activities
• Be an active part of the team's joint development work
• Contribute to good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues

The position involves daytime work with elements of morning and afternoon hours according to the after-school care center's opening hours.

Requirements:

• Trained teacher in after-school care / after-school pedagogue or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience working with school-age children
• Good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on pedagogical activities
• As an employee in Lilla Edet Municipality, you have good digital skills and use digital tools in a safe and flexible way in everyday life
