Regional Sales Manager for Expanding Thermia in Southern Sweden

Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the business and strengthening Thermia's position in your region. You work closely with distributors and act as both a business partner and a knowledge resource regarding products and solutions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving and developing the sales of Thermia's heat pump systems via distributors
- Building long-term relationships with distributors and partners
- Planning and conducting product training and presentations
- Supporting distributors in sales work and business development
- Actively working with marketing activities and regional development
Key Information
You are responsible for the regions of Småland, Blekinge, and Skåne, and we prefer that you are based in Kronoberg County. The role is home-based and involves travel within the region.
Thermia's sales organization is divided into six regions, and in this role, you report to the Sales Director. You work independently in your region but also collaborate closely with colleagues within sales and the wider organization.
Our Expectations
We are looking for you who are a business-driven salesperson with good technical understanding and a strong interest in developing long-term business. You are accustomed to working independently, structured, and goal-oriented, while also having a natural ability to build trust and relationships.
You thrive in a role where you can combine business development with advisory services and knowledge sharing. Giving presentations and training is something you are comfortable with, and you have clear and direct communication skills.
It is meritorious if you have experience from the heat pump industry or HVAC, as well as if you have previously worked with distributors or partners in an indirect sales channel.
