We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join a global leader in industrial laundry solutions.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on technical service, installation, and commissioning assignments. Based from your home address, you will be the crucial link ensuring high technical quality, optimal functionality, safety, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Documented experience in technical service, installation, and commissioning of complex industrial machinery or heavy equipment.
• Strong ability in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis, including experience with PC-based analysis tools.
• Strong competence in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid B-driver's license for driving service vehicles.
• A strong safety mindset and good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
• High flexibility and comfort with a daily routine involving extensive travel (primarily in West Sweden, but also within Europe).

The following qualifications are considered a plus:

• Experience working internationally or leading installation projects in a European context.
• Experience coordinating contacts with third-party suppliers, such as rigging companies or machinery rental agencies.
• Previous experience in case management using JCH or similar systems for industrial fault reporting.

We are looking for a technical, structured, and solution-oriented person who thrives with significant autonomy and takes pride in delivering first-class customer service. You are a natural coordinator with good communication skills, capable of driving technical projects and building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

• Plan and coordinate installations and commissioning in close dialogue with project managers, service coordinators, and customers.
• Ensure that installations and commissioning are carried out in accordance with project-specific drawings, documentation, and layouts.
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis to quickly resolve urgent and unplanned downtime.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and regular service inspections according to existing agreements and technical guidelines.
• Coordinate and manage contacts with third-party suppliers regarding special tools, forklift rentals, and rigging companies.
• Prepare diagnostic reports, technical assessments, and punch lists in English for relevant factories and departments.
• Represent the brand in a professional and business-like manner, ensure a safe working environment, and take responsibility for service vehicles and tools.
