We are now looking for a recruiter for a consultancy assignment in Stockholm during an intensive recruitment period in the autumn.

We are currently looking for a recruiter for a consultancy assignment in Stockholm where you will become an important part of a team during an intensive recruitment period to find the right candidates for the company's Trainee Program.

The assignment starts on August 11th and runs until December 20th.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with recruitment in larger volumes.

• Conduct approximately 4–5 shorter interviews per day
• Manage large candidate flows and parallel processes
• Maintain ongoing contact with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Work systematically in recruitment systems and ensure a good candidate experience
• Support the team during intensive recruitment periods

The client's office is located centrally in Stockholm, where you will work on-site together with the team in modern premises and a social work environment with engaged colleagues.

Our expectations

• Have a few years of experience in recruitment
• Have worked with mass recruitment or larger recruitment volumes
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple processes simultaneously
• Is communicative, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has good administrative skills
• Experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing) and have very good knowledge of English
